  1. Virtual Credits

4.1 Purchasing Credits: The Site uses virtual Credits for purchasing AI- generated content, such as software code, images, text, and titles. You may purchase Credits through the Site using authorized payment methods. Once purchased, Credits will be added to your account balance.

4.2 Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot exchange, transfer, or sell Credits to another user or convert Credits back into real-world currency.

4.3 Use of Credits: Credits can only be used to purchase services provided on the Site. Once used, Credits are deducted from your account and cannot be reinstated.

4.4 Expiration of Credits: Credits don't have an expiration period. Any unused Credits after account closure will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

  1. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Types: The Site offers AI-generated content, including but not limited to software code, images, text, headlines, and other digital outputs.

5.2 Usage Rights: Upon purchasing AI-generated content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for personal or commercial purposes. However, you agree not to resell or redistribute the AI-generated content as a standalone product.

5.3 Limitations: The Site does not guarantee the accuracy, functionality, or completeness of the AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use this content and should verify its suitability for your specific needs.

  1. Fees and Payments

All purchases of Credits are final. You agree to pay any fees applicable to your purchase of Credits or services, including taxes where applicable. The Site reserves the right to adjust prices, payment terms, or introduce new charges at any time.

  1. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing Credits or services from Aikidu, you agree to comply with this Chargeback Policy. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact Aikidu Support at support@aikidu.com before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We will investigate and respond to all billing or payment disputes within 15 business days from the date your request is received. Chargebacks should only be initiated after you have attempted to resolve the issue directly with our support team. A chargeback may be considered invalid if: • The transaction was authorized by the account holder. • The purchased Credits or services were used, accessed, or delivered as described. • The dispute arises from change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output, or failure to understand service features. • A refund request was not submitted through official channels prior to the chargeback. If a chargeback is filed without valid grounds: • Your Aikidu account may be suspended or terminated. • Any remaining Credits will be forfeited. • The Company reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and provide supporting documentation to the payment processor.   1. Prohibited Activities

By using the Site, you agree not to: Attempt to sell, gift, or transfer your account, Credits, or purchased content to another user. Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the AI services provided. Use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Termination and Suspension

The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or misuse the services. Upon termination, any remaining Credits in your account will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Site provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or services.

  1. Changes to the Terms

The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
